We promise that all translation materials submitted by our clients will be strictly protected. Without the client’s permission, none of the client’s materials or personal information will be disclosed to any third party by us.

► All our translators and editors are bound by confidentiality agreements upon employment.

► We ensure that only translators and editors directly assigned to a client’s project have access to the document content.

► Sensitive information is technically desensitized before translation assignment, making it inaccessible to unauthorized personnel.

► Important client documents are technically split and scrambled, making it difficult to simply restore the original format.

► Upon client request, we may sign a confidentiality agreement prior to document submission.

► All procedures are conducted under a secure system to prevent any disclosure of client information.

► We will return or destroy documents as requested by the client, including both original and translated versions.

► If no specific instructions are provided by the client, relevant documents will be deleted or destroyed after 6 months. Clients are advised to keep their own backups.
